Scott sucks, and they don't teach hitting in Seattle at all. That's why Robles batted so much better in Washington than in Seattle!

So is it going to be Arozarena -LF, Julio-CF, Robles-RF? And does Robles have a good enough arm to be the every day right fielder?

If he has a good enough bat you play him in RF every day. This team can't afford to sacrifice offense for defense RN. Plus his range probably makes up for any negative of arm strength.

I was merely asking the question, is Robles known to have a good arm? What is the general consensus of his arm talent?

Not only has he earned it, but he also immediately became a huge part of that team. Great price for this guy. Arozarena/Julio/Robles in the outfield. Talk about energy.
There's something to be said about a team guy who brings the kind of energy that those 3 bring. A true joy for the game, excellent players and total team guys.

Criz coming in to harsh my buzz in 3.....2.....1.........

Actually haven't seen a rating on his arm. Maybe he likes to play shallow in center because he has a weak arm?

He's been an adequate fill in for Julio in center, so if it was a major problem they'd go elsewhere, I think.

Victor has been absolutely amazing for us . Turning into a top 3 favorite player for me...quickly. He sees the ball well and runs the pads well. I've not seen many, if any, real WOW throws from him but as Sutz suggests, I don't think they'd have him in center if his arm was in any way suspect. 2 years 9 mil? Steal.

I'm shocked certain people haven't claimed they should keep him out there instead of Julio :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
I actually like him in CF, he reminds me of Mike Cameron.
It's Julio's spot though but I'd like to see him try first base and DH more
to save the wear and tear on him in the future.

Anyone disagree at this point that Robles should be the leadoff man
even after JP returns?

The old adage is that you "can't lose your spot to injury". Screw that. We should always position our players in a way that they will do us the most good. But I sure look forward to the return of Crawford's glove at short.
