Tough tough tough series. Ugh.

Listening to 710 today and they're talking about how 8 guys from the original roster are out. Including 3 of our 5 starters. Not making excuses, but geezus, at some point it's a factor.

Nothing more awesome than a 5 zip lead and I can't even watch it 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Yes, it sux.

I got a 50% discount on MLBtv so I subscribed for $76 after tax to watch any team and our M's for the rest of the season.

But on Apple TV I can't watch it.

Solid work from Evans. Snider blew the shutout in the end, but still a solid show against the league's third-ranked.

You’d think we could parley some of that pitching into a true slugger.
Yeah let's grab Mike Trout... Nah
The Ms plan is working fine, the offense will be up soon along
with more pitching!
At that point yes, we could trade some to improve on offense.

We weren't going to the world series anyway this season, you
don't scuttle good pitching for a bat that may not work in Seattle.

I think we got a bunch of relievers again and could get something outa there

It might be our saving grace with the Rangers playing the Astro’s.

They've been making "adjustments" all season to cover injuries. Hard to worry about the long term shit when they're just trying to keep their heads above water.

After that ugly homestand, nice to start off the road trip with a series win against a pretty good team. Not bad when you consider the first two games were started by rookies.

Rained the whole game, it seemed. Thankfully didn't affect the game seriously.

Love the late add-on runs top 9, and Muny with a 4 out save. Hope he doesn't have to do that too much this year.

All in all a pretty good game.

For those that were recently complaining about DMo, he's been our 2nd best hitter this season behind only Polanco (who has cooled off quite a bit lately).

Definitely not understanding why Mastrobuoni is playing so much when you've got Rivas sitting there in the dugout.

Anyway, really nice bounce back series after that poor home stand. Very impressive holding the Padres to a single run in back to back games.
