I have a feeling the coaching staff is WAY better. Just my opinion.

If Mac had not been on a NFL staff there may be something to the inexperience statement, but you also have to remember Frazier has been in the background as his Quality control auditor and process manager consultant. The preseason was not a disaster, didn't look unorganized.
First game at home, they have had plenty of time to work out all the communication system stuff, not like going to KC, SC or Pissburgh our first game.

I'll say it yet again. EVERY coach in the history of the NFL was a first time coach at some point. You gotta' start somewhere. Coach Mike has a ton of coaching experience, and under very good coaches with a winning culture.
