Not every one has dreams /goals of being in charge I have not talked with Kubiak but I get the feeling he doesn’t have Head Coach aspirations. A lot will depend on what his wife thinks of the Seattle area and how much she wants to a stable life situation they have been moving a lot recently. If Kubiak does well the Seahawks could make him a well paid coordinator which would have him make as much as a team trying to hire him as a HC, over 1/3 of the NFL are paying their HCs less than $4 million per year

Who knows. At least he has a chance of a HC job in the future under MM. That wouldn't be the case with Pete.

Ok, hypothetical, if kubiak does get hired would he become a branch off the MM tree? Kubiak has a lot of experience that’s got nothing to do with MM, but hypothetically MM gave Kubi his big break…
