Been thinking about the potential of losing O-Coordinator Klint Kubiak. With 8 HC positions still open, it's possible bordering on probable.

I don't think he's ready. If given the chance by the Browns or Raiders, he'll wash out. Miami might be intriguing. But you got a Tua problem.

I'd love for our organization to premptively promote him to Asst HC and give him a bag o cash to keep building on what we got.

You can't ever fault a coordinator for taking a HC job. There's 32 of these jobs, you get a shot, take it. AFTER we win the Owl, go do your thing Kubiak.

For a better opportunity perhaps. Ben Johnson passed on his first opp, and now makes 13 mil per year with the Bears. He doesn't make that if he accepted the first offer.

Plus the Falcons aren't the best run organization.

I'm fine with it. Said it a few times. He doesn't walk on water, you know. He only woke up in the last 4 games or so.
