Those are great. There's one that has Lamar Jackson punching Derrick Henry on the sidelines.

I heard one former player say that such remarks made by players happen all the time, that this one was just caught on mic. He said the line is more easily crossed when you directly accuse the ref of something, or get right in their face about it. In other words, there's not a clearly defined line as to what amounts to such an unsportsmanlike penalty.
That ref showed amazing restraint and composure. He looked like someone just dropped an f bomb in front of his child or something

No doubt. Just noticed this was 4 years ago. My coworker said the entire athletic dept. got 2 years of probation. And the same kid did this playing soccer. Then.......they allowed him in a wresting tourney a few days later.

I'm guessing they're waiting for him to actually pull a Karmelo Anthony before f*cking doing something. smh.

JSN is a cool ass dude. I haven’t studied the play yet. Seems it was ticky tack no?
Terrible call. They both fell to the ground in the process of the block and so he got called for it. Was just as he said. BS. And it almost cost us the game.

Yep. Steering the score, yet again. We've seen this in the NFL several times in prime-time games. Annoying AF.

Here's a perfect example that you are correct.

I give you "Referee who claims he did not see Darnold get face-masked last year against the Rams" :

That proved to me that this sh*t you mentioned is VERY real.

LOOK at the reaction on that referees face, and his body language! "Oooh, that looked bad!" He probably immediately turned his head and looked somewhere else so that he could say he did not see the facemask.

I posted this in a thread I had:

#1 Charbonnet is just now making his cut to the right while JSN is trying to block away from the straight ahead run, #16 is pushing in to JSN with his right shoulder.

JSN 1

#2 JSN's helmet is snapping back as the shoulder hits him in the chin, JSN still pushing away, his right hand inside of DBs left armpit.

JSN 2

#3 JSN's head snapping back even more, momentum from Cardinals player. JSN's hand appears to be down and inside.

JSN 3

#4 JSN with right arm still inside the DBs left arm. Looks like he's still pushing the DBs left side, as the DB begins to slide to JSN's left.

JSN 4

#5 Both players are going to the ground here, JSN's head turned to the left, and his arm is under the elbow of the DB. From this picture I can't see how JSN could "pull" him down.

JSN 5

Granted, this is stop motion, but these referees have been doing this for a long time, and they know how body mechanics work. They never saw a grab.

But Terry after replay says "Yeah it looks like he reaches around and pulls him on top of him, good call for holding."

There is no "reach around."

They want to steer the game, especially in nationally televised games. We have seen this for years, not just with the Hawks. One team is well ahead and about to put a nail in the coffin, magically the flags start coming out.

The call may have been bogus but that doesn't mean JSN needed to react that way -- and get flagged for a 15 yard penalty. And it wasn't what he said, but that he tossed the ball at the opposing player. He accomplished nothing except to show his immaturity, something I had hoped we'd have rid ourselves of wth DK's departure. I guess not.
Are you confusing JSN with K9 in this context?

Maybe it’s me that’s confused, IDK
