Hater? He didnt go out and disrespect the Seahawks. Not everyone who thinks the Saints are better is a hater.. they are just wrong. In two weeks they will be educated and have to come around. I forgive those misguided souls at this point.

Over sensitive much? My god Garcia could have only been more complimentary of the Seahawks is if he said they were better then the Saints. This post is ridiculous.

I sometimes wonder why some fans care so much about what national pundits think about the hawks, when it's pretty clear those fans don't even like the talking heads and think they're idiots.

its not outrageous to think that at all. I was surprised to hear him say the NO D was good, I didn't think that at all. So I looked it up and the NO D is pretty good, right there with Seattle.

impressive team the Saints are

Guys I'm sorry you all couldn't pick up on the thinly veiled sarcasm in my title. Nonetheless Garcia is still a bonehead for thinking the Saints are going to come to the Clink and get a win. I expect that from a Niner. If the game were in New Orleans they might have a shot but like Eric Davis said I think the Hawks would win anyway. They barely beat a reeling Niner team on their home turf. No way I see them taking the Hawks in 2 weeks. I'm not saying it will be a beat down but it has the possibility of getting out of hand when you consider how Seattle played down the stretch last year and how healthy they are.

Saints also had the most recent big win. Recent history is fresh in everyone's mind and gets everyone excited, and it should. The Saints are really good this year and are a serious threat for HFA. One way or another we will know in two weeks who the better team is.

Also, Garcia seems pretty cool to me, especially considering all the boneheads out there. I think Eric Davis might be my favorite guy out there and he was a Niner. Dang, is everyone on tv an ex-Niner? (Starts working on conspiracy theory)

I don't know what to say but this is so much full of /facepalm.

The media is suppose to hype both teams and say both teams are good and choose whichever team.

and ur explanation of Saints barely beating a reeling Niner team on their Dome, means that we should win? We lost to the Colts, and the Rams beat up the colts, so Rams > Seahawks?

Explanations are different u cant say just because they barely won or stuff like that. We barely beat the winless TB, so we suck for 8-1?

Just stop

The Saints are good with a hell of a QB. To think that they could upset us at home isn't crazy.

I think we will win but I'm not so over confident to dismiss the chance that we can and will lose at home sometime.

Not this game though I expect it to happen when we play a Tampa Bay or whoever is bad with no reason not to pull out all the stops and play insane on top.

This team is entering into New England territory and their home record is ridiculous in the B and B era.

They just decide on roles and come up with arguments based on that. ED is no more a Seahawks lover than JG is a hater. Its just talk TV, where you juxtapose two made up opinions.

This reminds me of Michael Irvin "burying" the Seahawks last year around Halloween, he had a choice between us and some other team, well he had a friend on the coaching staff of the other team, so he chose Seattle and had to stick with it even though he didn't fully believe a word he said in that particular segment.

This is Skip Bayless territory, make something "controversial" up and say it just to piss people off and make them respond, because if they're pissed and responding, that means they were watching and paying attention to you.

Anything can happen and if the officials call Thomas for PI that takes away another Int. This is the type of team that can make that small difference a big one.

I guess I just don't get the fascination with caring what other people say about the Hawks.
It should be a close game, these are 2 of the best teams in football.
