*SF - if beat SEA, win division and NFC #1 seed (win tiebreak over SEA on head-to-head sweep)*

*RAMS - if lose to Arizona, will finish 3rd in division (NFC #6 seed)*
*If they beat Arizona, and SF beat SEA, they will also finish 3rd in division (NFC #6 seed). If SEA beats SF, they will finish 2nd in division (win tiebreak over SF on common games record) and be NFC #5 seed*
