Now the question becomes, would you rather get it over with and make it in versus a hot AFC opponent at home or the last game against a bad NFC divisional rival to make it in?

I want to get it over with personally. I don't want to be a nervous wreck against a bad but potentially dangerous (nothing to lose) opponent next Sunday.

Well yeah, you gotta get it done ASAP, strike while the iron is hot!

Another season-ending home loss to Arizona to end our playoff hopes would be devastating for the franchise!

The Seahawk way is to win the game. Simple, really. Go 1-0 this week, then move on.

Anything less than full out effort would be an insult to the fans.

I’m excited to see Norton’s solution for Reid’s offense. KJ and B-Wagz back in action. Standby to Get some!

I want the team to win out, at least have double-digit wins on the season, despite what is accomplished in the playoffs.

The Seahawks are in the playoffs in they win either of their remaining two games.

If they happen to lose both games, the Seahawks would still have a 70% chance to make the playoffs at this time. But their probability of securing the 5th seed drops to 15% if they lose both games.

I would hope that the players who play the game want to WIN regardless of a secured WC playoff spot. Install the win or go home mentality early in the youth that haven't had the glory of playing in a playoff game and ride that mentality to the completion.

Play the game to WIN tomorrow...Play the game to WIN the season finale...Play the game to WIN in the playoffs

anything less would be unprofessional.

Play the game to win....because you may have to play them again in a month and a half in Atlanta.

Hawks can also make the playoffs without winning another game... haha I'm not saying this is my preference but an Eagles loss this week and win next week against the Skins would also give the Seahawks a playoff birth.

I wasn't asking what you all thought the PLAYERS would prefer but what YOU as a FAN would prefer. ;)

I always root for them to win. There is no other way for me. I don't care about draft standing or power rankings or fantasy football stats. You play the game to win.

I want to win it outright as soon as we can, this backing into the playoff scenario isn't what a team wanting to win it all wants nor it's fans I would think, happy to be there isn't going to win a damn thing.

How is it possibly a question?

Because I have to imagine there are some fans out there that actually would love the idea of beating a divisional rival in the final game of the year to advance. The thrill factor is higher.

Remember when we talked about Bevell getting "too cute"?

Well, this post is the same thing, Todd. ;)

Don't need the Thrill at the end... Need the Thrill against the Chiefs... Then we still win out, and go all the way with Momentum! In other words, "A Weekly Thrill..." :irishdrinkers:
