The players on this team make so many huge game changing mistakes and I'm sick of it.
Stupid unnecessary penalties, atrocious picks, snaps sailing by Geno. You can't win with these constant game changing plays.

This is a coaching issue 100% but not by Macdonald. This idiotic play started all the way during Pete's time and needs time to be fixed.

The problem seems more a lack of intelligence by some players. Not the coaching.

I'm seeing dumb decisions and mistakes regularly. Discipline does not raise IQ. Nor do coaches have a magic power to fix that.

You can't make players not be boneheads. Only thing you can do is move on from the player.
My guess is they will after this year.

Need to get some real good players that hold others accountable. And have to get rid of the so called talent that isn’t really talent on this team. 3 years. Give them 3. If they get worse in year 3. Time to move on. Don’t need to win a SB. Just be competitive against every team. And stop making terrible mistakes.
