I expect their scoring will take a hit with Crabtree out.

And the whiner's D was less than stellar after the NE road game. They never recovered after that game.

SF definitely has some issues to work on.

Should be a real interesting year all the way around.

It's a huge blow, he really was starting to become one of the better players in the league. This is a MUCH bigger blow than us losing Irvin for 4 games and Clemmons for a few games.

Since when is 74 receptions and almost 900 yards in a run heavy offense "not much production?"

Those are more catches than a Seahawk receiver has had since 2009. People are trippin'.

Two of our best play makers on defense were injured during the NE game.

Their all healthy now. ;)

You're correct...it's going to be a real interesting season. :179422:

Don't kid yourselves for a minute.. The Crabtree loss is a huge blow to the offense... It will definitely be interesting to see who fills the spot, and if Boldin can take a bit of the pressure off.. They've lost Walker and Crabtree... they are very thin, with Manningham still out, and Jenkins recovering..

Apparently Crabtree has already been replaced. Just a bump in the road .... I guess.

It didn't take long for Anquan Boldin to show teammates and coaches that he could fill the void left by Michael Crabtree's Achilles surgery. The veteran receiver stole the show in Tuesday's practice, hauling in all 10 passes thrown in his direction. Boldin was the best offensive player on the field "by far," according to the Santa Rosa Press Democrat.

In other news, the Niners are now concerned about their DB situation after that practice.

Actually, it sounds as if it's about the same as last year.
