No worries Nate the Texans dominated for most of the game and then gave up on their bread and butter plays.
If they would have kept running the ball I doubt we win.

Big ups to their crowd for bringing it all game as well. It was loud out there.

This!!! And to Niner fans, if you don't like the noise at the Clink then do what the Texans did and make your presence felt. Huge props all around to the Texans organization. I definitely feel we stole one away there and that is one hell of a team and fan base. Cudo's from the 12th man. That's how you represent. Not writing letters to the local news paper about how unsportsmanlike an entire fan base is because they are loud and enthusiastic.

Good luck the rest of the way. In some ways you ave earned a few new fans from the NW and I can't wait to see you stomp the snot out of the Niners next week. Even though I'm sure they will have a whiny reason why it happened other than you are the better team.

Texans are the classiest football program with the classiest fans in all of Texas.

That's a pretty low bar to clear. :D

But, yeah, Texans' fans are great.

I hate to say we gifted a game away, but we've gifted away two this year so I'm sorry for my negativity. Good game guys.
I'd feel the same way. Thanks for the class. Just follow Seattle's blueprint and curbstomp the 9'ers next week!

Dude.......I have a man crush on J.J. Watt. That guy is freaking ridiculous. And Cushing getting hurt is what really changed the game. Hats off to the Texans, that was a battle and honestly, Schaub just floated a pass to maybe the best corner in the league. You can't do that. That's what I love about Russ. He will struggle and his numbers today were terrible but when it matters most, he makes plays and doesn't make key mistakes. Great win on the road but mad respect to that Texan's D. They are solid!

they're too busy trashing schaub and for good reason

I thought Shaub played a hell of a game (minus the pick 6). he was calm under pressure for most of the game and lead some solid drives. And this is Especially true considering he put up those numbers against the #1 D in the league.

Schaub was not calm under pressure. He folded or threw it at a receiver's feet every time there was some.

Yeah, spotted a 17 point lead, an opposing offense that was helpless, and a pristine pocket for an entire half, he engineered a last minute choke loss in dramatic fashion and peed when a defender got within 5 yards. Poor Houston fans, they have a fantastic team but for one measly position that unfortunately is the most important one.

i just read the entire game thread over there, and to my amazement, no bitching about ref's, no bitching about db's cheating, such a nice refreshing change... man i wish we faced fanbases like this week in and week out instead of the clowns in our division, and i'm not just talking about the whiners either. not all of them but a lot of them.

I really like their defense and if you don't appreciate JJ Watt, you just hate football. That man is amazing!

Every fan base has their share of complete losers. These idiots just want everyone to know who they are so we can make fun of them.

I have a vacation rental in Wasilla, AK and 1/3 of my guests are from Texas and, tell you what, all in all they are the most courteous and gratuitous clients I have had!!! I hope they (Texans) make it to the SB.....
