A lot of great highlights on the field but to me the best highlights were the salutes to our military members...From the vietnam veteran and medal of honor recipient who raised the flag to the several military members who received their Purple Hearts at halftime (not to mention the amazingly HUGE flag that was presented during the national anthem between players and vets)...

Well done NFL. It's easy to forget the freedoms we take for granted each and every day thanks to our brave men and women who fight for our freedom by putting their lives on the line every single day. Without these brave Souls, we don't have a Seahawks game to watch without any other care in the world.

Thank you.

not sure if they mentioned this at the stadium but one of the purple heart recipients at the game today was John Carlsons cousin whom he apparenly hasnt seen since his return to the states or something.

We did not see most of the pre-game in my area due to the change of games. Missed a bit of the game too. I really did want to see it too. Oh well, maybe next time.

The greatest moment, for me, was when Marshawn mistakenly thought he saw me in the stands and rifled the football to me, saying, "This one's for you, bfs! I love you, big buddy!"

Not to be unpatriotic but, I think Percy's catch for the key first down did it for me. I also found it particularly satifsfying to watch Lynch take three consecutive handoffs in the red zone to punch it in.

Good call Aros. There aren't a lot of things in this world that get me emotional beyond my faith and my family but our men and women in service is definately part of that short list.

Salute.

I tend to agree, seeing Lynch get the ball 3 times in a row on the goal line was sweet validation.

You want the ball big boy, you got it.
