I'll have to look at his Bio, but LB coach is one of those positions where a former player can really light a fire and excel as a coach.

Pretty cool. Just like the Seahawks. It's reported that Barrow left his coaching position last year to care for his ailing mother. Look where he is now. Barrow kept his priorities and look at the reward.
