There are a lot of variables because the networks are trying to get as many important games on tv as possible. If the Panthers stay in contention it could get moved but since it’s on the Wast coast with two teams networks don’t like to air a lot it is more than likely going to be in the early slot.
If it were me, I’d plan for it to be early and make contingencies for staying longer or coming later. Not sure how feasible that is for you.
To answer your question, they try to get them settled by no later than the Sunday before. Could be sooner depending on which teams are playing each other that weekend and how many possible prime matchups there are
