I like this. I have a feeling that the game we may lose will be Round 2 vs the Rams…I know, throw me on the gulag.

But…we’ll spank them in the playoffs 😉

A ranking outfit I read this morning dropped us from 1 down to 6 post Rams game. ???? That tells me the ranking service is fluckey. I also saw an article that went on about how the Rams "dominated" that game. ???? I watched the game and studied the stats. I will not read articles from that source ever again.
We have seven games to play, but we can only play them one at a time. I just hope Darnold can get his act together in less than seven weeks.

Yes, I had heard a few outlets say that the Rams dominated. I think they also said it at one point on the broadcast. Nothing could be further than the truth. The only thing the Rams really won that game was the turnover battle, quarterback play, and final score. Everything else the Seahawks were clearly better on.

5-2. Puts us at 12-5 on the season and very likely a playoff berth. I can't imagine any of us wouldn't have signed up for a 12-win season.

Side note: No, the Rams did NOT dominate. Not even remotely close to accurate.

@ Titans (obvious) W
Falcons (Hawks are just better) W
@ Vikings (Sam’s revenge) W
Colts (they are good, but not great) W
Rams (Sam’s revenge part 2) W
@ Panthers (see Falcons Comment) W
@ Niners (this is the only one I’m not sure about based on playoff seedings and who needs it more) W/L?

The last time I predicted at least a five game stretch of wins or losses was over a decade ago on this site and I predicted it dead on to the surprise of many as the one loss I predicted was very improbable, but it did happen.

Prove me that I’m wrong here!
I wouldn't discount the Colts. They have a very good OL, top ranked RB, and very balanced offense. Plus this team has lost to Daniel Jones before..

Rams still a toss up. 9ers, we're beating their ass regardless.

Colts are a damn good team. That week we have Colts on Sunday, Rams on Thursday. Huge turning point of the season, imo.
HUGE opportunity for this team, and more importantly, for Sam to change that narrative. And to send that message that this team is for real. I think we are, but those 2 games are a big-time indication.

Titans- Should be a multi score win. The difference in talent on the rosters and coaching is undeniable. I’d say the line will be -12.5 to 13.5 Hawks

Falcons- They’re such a Jekyll and Hyde team, beat the Pats and then get blown out by the panthers. Could be a 3 score win or an actual battle in the 4th quarter. The falcons don’t even know which team will show up on game day. I’d put the line at -5.5 to 6.5 Hawks

Vikings- Decent team, not great at anything but not bad at anything. Probably -4 to 5.5 Hawks

Colts- We match up well against them, strength vs strength when it comes to their O against our D. On the other side I give us an edge. Probably -2.5 to 3.5 Hawks

Rams- Only game we won’t be favored in to close out the season. Almost won it with 4 picks. Clean those up and we win. Probably -2.5 to 3.5 Rams

Panthers- Weird team. Starting to find an identity but we match up well against them. I’d say -5.5 to 7.5 Hawks

Niners- Should’ve beat them the first time. Always play some of their best ball against us. Probably -2 to 3.5 Hawks

Odds say you’re spot on with your prediction and I hope you’re right. But it’s any given Sunday in this league and games aren’t played on paper. But I’m with you, and I’ll be putting money on the Hawks to win every weekend until the end of the season. This defense is becoming a special unit in front of our eyes this season and the rest of the country will see it come playoff time. They’ll put us in a position to win every game. The fact that we were a missed last second fg away from beating a 1 seed playoff contender on the road while throwing 4 picks (2 of which were returned to the what? 4-5 yard line and 22-23 yard line) is a testament to how good this defense is.

Sam Darnold looked like shit against the Rams for 2 yrs now. I don’t know if you can count that W until he can do it
