Good call! He may not be part of the 'all time' bunch, but hell yes, during our SB run, this dude made some game winning clutch catches that got us to the promised land. I'll never forget that.

Agreed about Kearse.

Another one of my favorite WR's, although he played just one season for us and thus doesn't deserve to be on a list of great Seahawk WR's, is Joe Jurevicius. He had very good hands and was a helluva good blocker, perhaps the best blocking WR we've ever had.

Daryl Turner's nickname was "Deep Threat" as it dovetailed with his initials "DT." I don't recall him being referred to as "Deep Heat."

But the guy loafed. On a number of occasions, I saw him give up on balls that were slightly overthrown. That's why it raises the hackles on my neck when anyone lists him in the same company as other great Seahawk WR's.

TBH...I don’t remember Deep Threat at all. The video I posted the announcers were calling him Deep Heat.I was in high school at the time and used to call one of my football teammates Deep Heat as well because of Daryl Turner. Unless,there was a local Deep Threat nickname for him I could be wrong? I actually learned the Deep Heat name via Steve Raible on the Seahawks Kiro broadcast who referred to him as "Deep Heat" I am 1000% sure of that. We were lucky in Hawaii to have the Seahawks games on radio on AM1500 every week.

None have been better in a single year than Jaxon Smith-Njigba

ADB and JSN for me. Three initial MF'ers. Equally. And for completely different reasons. I'm not in old school cool school - so can't even comment on Largent and some.

Jackson is my third slot. And that was NOT OPI in SBXL. The rest I either don't know or don't care. And if y'all wanna flame me about not caring about Lockett or DK - save your jet fuel

My favorite. I was surprised to see him ranked below Tyler Lockett in the recent '50 Greatest' list. Lockett was great, but I think it was 'recency bias'.

I always think of his place in Seahawk history if they complete the comeback after his amazing catch in the Super Bowl. Would have been legendary imo. He would have been a big part of 3 of the most dramatic wins in franchise history
