To my eye, Washington is as bad as Jax, did you see our old buddy Josh wilsdon last night? If SF thinks we are coming to town and are going to lay over for them, they are going to get demolished.

They're gonna get demolished anyway, Seahawks are good at football.

I thought the 49ers looked like an average team. The Redskins are a mess and they were still able to hold the whiners to below 30 points.

Yep, we're totally gonna fall off the tracks here. Team will give up on Pete, Pete will be fired, Russell will be cut, Lynch will quit the team all together, and Sherman is gonna leave the NFL to find his inner Gandhi.

So. Freaking. Screwed.
Yea Ricky Williams for CB :0190l: :pimp: :white_flag:

:sarcasm_on: Niners could have picked on Wilson all night and ran up the score, But alas they felt sorry for him and pounded Gore for 2 yards over and over :sarcasm_off: really Gore looked sick or something.... Come ON MAN!! a coat during a TV timeout?

As for Washington, That Bubble Screen was going to work sooner or later, Just keep running it.....Come On MAN!!!

The Niners were a lot less impressive than the final score. Remember well into the third qtr it was 10-6 San Fran and Washington was driving. Washington fell apart. They fell apart because they are a bad team. Bottom line.

Got a feeling this could be big distraction tonight. Sherman hasn't looked same on d last couple weeks and we all know how quickly things change in this league. That being said, Niners looked good tonight. I hope this isn't a sign of us being 10-3 real soon.

The Niners looked good last night because they were playing a talentless Redskins team that's in the midst of imploding under the weight of their own dysfunction. They didn't look very good the last two weeks when they actually played good teams.

The "Seattle Seaweeds". Hahaha that's funny. I'm trying to figure out how to add "Columbian" to this idea (since we have River named such).

Enough sarcasm please. I think a big fat donut hole in 35 years gives any fan right to be pessimistic about this team or seattle sports in general. I love this team as much as anybody, but I think we've seen enough heartache in this town to know not to get excited too soon

Holy shit, I thought I could be pessimistic about sports at times, now it's obvious I am but a rank amateur pessimist.

Those are some icy damn winds blowing up from the dark bowels of your self inflicted football purgatory there, buddy... keep your distance!
So i take it you haven't been a fan for more than 10-15 years?

Last week my Seahawks cup fell on the floor and broke in this freakish way. It TOTALLY felt like the luck breaking. And the place where I bought it doesn't sell those cups anymore, so I was without my special Hawks bling. But (thank God) it was the bye week and I found another cup exactly the same. So now, on to the freakin Lambo Trophy, boys!

I had a bad feeling when Eugene Robinson got caught with a hooker the week before the superbowl for the Atlanta Falcons. I knew Atlanta was going to lose at that point. This seems less dramatic, but still has a similar ring to it.

Weren't the Falcons 10 point underdogs prior to his tryst?

Sherman hasn't looked same in last couple weeks? You mean not having a single pass thrown his way in ATL or the fact that he shutdown MIN other than one play? Let's be clear here you are talking about that ONE play. It's not the first time he has been fooled by a double move and considering the way he plays it won't be the last.

Niners looked good last night....against one of the worst teams in the league :1:

Yes, this might be a distraction and considering PC track record coming of bye weeks Monday could be Wilson's first loss at home. OR the team will continue doing what they do in the face of adversity and not let it get in their way of obtaining their goals. We saw them play their best football yet after last year's suspensions got announced.

These suspensions change nothing for me. Browner was hurt anyway and frankly had lost a step. Not having him hurt our overall depth but it wasn't the end of the season. Thurmond compounds that obviously. But if losing those 2 players is the difference between taking home the ring or not then we are not the team we thought we were.

Did anyone actually take the time to count how many players Washington's defense had on the field last night? I didn't, didn't care, but have to assume there was no more than 10, including Wilson. How the hell could Kaep's only targets, Boldin and VD, be so open that they actually looked lonely? That has to be the worst secondary, including Wilson, ever fielded.

I'm glad our players and team as a whole are mentally stronger than some of these posts appear to be. :p

Drama much? May as well just forfeit the rest of the games. 2 guys are out, one of which was already injured anyway. Oh the horror....
