Sorry if this has already been discussed.

I heard on Bob & Groz the other day that Golden Tate has some serious celebratory plans IF he scores a touchdown.

Two questions:

A) What kind of creative expression do you think we (and perhaps more importantly disgruntled Green Bay fans) will witness?

B) It's rumored that these antics have been discussed (and perhaps even approved) by Pete. That being said, do you think this is a good idea?

I personally think we'll see some kind of referee signal mockery (ex: no catch signal followed by touchdown)

I'm kind of torn on this one simply because end zone dances et al. have a tendency to do more harm than good and bight one in the ass later. But at the same time it's a fricken preseason game so lets see some cheese get fired up and let the laundry fly.

What do you guys think?

Let's get him in the endzone first and foremost. But yes, I wouldn't mind a little mockery. It's all in good fun.

I want to see Doug Baldwin holding up his arms for a touchdown, and whomever else is playing WR on that play to be looking at Baldwin with a confused look ... like the real deal last year.

Well I'm sure it will get flagged as a premeditated celebration, but I hope they do a screen shot of Rodgers at the same time.

I just had a thought; I wonder if his planned celebration is to do the Lambeau leap? HAHAHA, he gets a TD then runs and jumps up into a bunch of Green Bay fans. Oh, man; that would be hysterical. I'd just have to hope he doesn't get stabbed or shot.

Starts getting into the "group celebration" territory. It's not, but it's close if it looks premeditated.

Seriously, first snap on offense tonight I want to see a Hail Mary throw to Tate.

Now THAT would be hilarious! :D

I would like to see him pull out an aaron rodgers jersey and then pretend to cry into a microphone for several minutes.

I expect a $10,000 fine coming for Tate for something, but it will sure be fun to watch.

Whatever it is, I hope it's memorable. I know we won't have any control over the PA at Lambeau, but if they could somehow play the chorus from Nas's "Hate me now" I would smile.

You can hate me now... but I won't stop now...
Cause I can't stop now... you can hate me noooooo-oooowwww...

I'm sure the boys would put up a collection to pay the fine on whatever they do.

How about we refuse to take the field for the XPA like those sore losers in GB.

I think we should just not acknowledge it whatsoever. No celebrations. Take a hint from the Robot (Russell Wilson) and go back and get ready for the next TD

How about if he goes up to the ref that signaled the TD and does the wave-off sign? You know, like he's contesting his own touchdown?

THAT, would be funny.

Going along with Rolands idea, I thought it would be funny if after a Tate TD to not actually jump into the crowd for a Lambeau Leap, which could seriously be dangerous, but just feign it. Run up like he's gonna do it, but then stop and wave it off, like "not a good idea, man". That would be hilarious... Not only to us but to some "cool" GB fans as well.
