At this point it appears that "sparq" is actually worse at predicting success than throwing a dart at a wall with names on it while blindfolded.

With great respect there are lots of high SPARQ players who are successful NFL players. Regardless someone who is athletically gifted needs to be able to combine that athletic ability with game intelligence and there at times is where these 'gifted' athletes fail.
