Speaking of dropping passes, can we please get an actual ****ing receiving TE at some point? The best in our team's history is what, like 60% of prime Jimmy Graham? So jealous of all these teams that seem to find them from nowhere.
I remember I time when folks were screaming for a TE that could/ would block.

Be pretty nice to have a couple that were good at both

Best game I've seen him play hands down, no running game, everybody dropping passes, he put it all on the line and came through when it mattered most.
I would like to see him run more. You see that stat about his TD run last week? They put up the MPH and it was the fastest of any Seahawk that game.

I agree though, Geno played really well. His ball placement was on point, guys were just dropping too much.

Geno was very good. Threw a bit high on some passes in the 3rd, though. Dropped passes killed our O in second half, too.

Defense and special teams made it possible to win this game.

Nice road win.

Is Fant a total dud? He had some great games in Denver. Are we just not using him correctly or drawing up plays for a TE?

The hilarious part is that since he only threw 1 touchdown in the game, a select few will discount it as a mediocre performance and use it as an example as to why he's not a viable starter.

Hope everyone is starting to see through that garbage by now.

It wasn't easy either. This was high-level stuff. He had no running game—defenders immediately in his face. No problem.

It doesn't show up on the stat sheet, but this might be Geno's best game as a Seahawk. He was in command from start to finish, changing plays and avoiding pressure. Awesome game.
