Someone sneak in the locker room before every game and put up a picture of KJ in 49ers colors on Geno's locker please

Thanks,
Management

It was shocking to me last year because I absolutely loved his post game recaps on Youtube and when he announced on the podcast his 49'ers position it was crazy to me because he was all in on covering the Seahawks and it was so fun to listen to his thoughts. I'm hoping some day he does a Seahawks podcast again but happy for him if this is a start of a long coaching career.

What I find most interesting is that he is learning under Johnny Holland who is the Niners LB coach and coincidentally is a friend of mine. I always compared KJ to Johnny as they were both big tall LB’s who were very productive and consistently very good. Johnny has been battling incurable cancer for like 5 years now but has been an inspiration to many on the Niners and outside as well. KJ couldn’t be learning from a better guy.

So we just need to get former Seahawks jobs with the rest of our opponents, and Geno will play great.

No one, including Geno, is blaming KJ. Geno is just saying it doesn't seem right...the universe is out of balance.

Of course we all want the best for KJ while simultaneously wanting the 9rs to lose every week.

It'll work out eventually. He'll do well and move on or decide he wants something else and move on.

This is not anything to get worked up about when compared to everything between Cross' right pinky and Lucas' left pinky.

Awesome insights. Thanks for sharing.

KJ and Sherm love them some - well, KJ and Sherm. Surprised their heads can fit through most doors.

And they love them some 9ers.

I get the 'traitor' vibe. I do. If that motivates Geno - good.

Holland from the Bears?
I don't care who works for what team when it comes to fighting for your
life, I hope Johnny is around for many more years.
Tell him he has another fan who is inspired by his fight.

Packers. Played in the late 80’s and early 90’s and is in the Packers HOF. Career was ended by serious neck injury. Won SB with Pack as Special teams coach and later coached for the Hawks under Holmgren.

If I understand correctly, SF has historically run a defense similar to Carroll's Seattle scheme. So KJ would be a fit there in terms of scheme knowledge.
I've always felt KJ would make a great coach and, as others said, I wish him great success in his position while the 49ers continue to suck and lose despite his great work.

Good for KJ, doing what is best for him and his career and his family. I wish it could have been in Seattle.
