The last time around Rob Ryan did a lot of blitzing and paid for it. I would expect him to not blitz as much and try to stop us the way Arizona did: stop the run and make Russell Wilson be a pocket passer. With that said: I expect our running game to get going and our passing game to be fine against the Saints' beat up secondary. And hopefully Percy Harvin will be on the field. I expect the offense to score 4 TDs at least without Percy Harvin. With Percy, I could see us scoring 5.

Can our defense play as well against the Saints without KJ Wright? Pete Carroll said that Wright played his best game against the Saints holding Jimmy Graham to only 3 receptions and stopping the screen game. Wright matches up well. So far however, it seems that Malcom Smith has played well against the pass. Let's hope that Smith has a great game. I wonder if they will put Smith on Graham or utilize Thomas, Sherman, or Chancellor. My guess is they will just use Smith. Any thoughts?

I expect to see a lot of Sproles, Ingram and Thomas early. I don't think they go deep. They don't want another turnover early that will set the tone.

On offense, I want to see more I formation, and plays for our TEs.

I expect to see a lot of Ingram, Watson, and Colston knowing the Seahawks will target Graham.

Look for Brees flairs or screens to Ingram or Sproules.

All the "analysts" are convinced the Cardinals blue print will work

The offense will adjust to whatever Ryan gets from his dad or Jeff Fisher. The Ryan clan is the most over hyped bunch since Kiffen and Tampa two went out of vogue.

I read the media hate link on the Norman Chad Washington Post article where he is the professor of the class "How to trash Pete Carroll". Let the players ignore the haters in the media, let the members of Seahawk staff find appropriate bulletin board material.

Theyll have to blitz..they cant sit back an hope their DBs cover because they have very little left back at DB. Theyll need to blitz and I believe we may go more pass heavy than usual.

They have, of late, focused on the running game and I expect them to try that, but the Seattle run D is fixed so I think that will be a non starter. From the second quarter or so on they will go back to their norm..which is even worse.. having to throw a bunch against the LOB.

I think they are a good team, but I think they just match up real poorly against us right now (from their perspective).

Graham will be more effective I expect however, as KJ Wright will be out.

Score more points than your opponent.

That's the best game plan.
