Game plan for the Falcons

Im sure the coaching staff have thought of this idea but if not then they need to seriously think about it.

Atlanta is racked 20 something against the run but they have one of the best offense in the league.

On Offense
-Slow the tempo of the game
-take as much as time as we can. we need to win the time of possession
-Run the ball and make them stop the run.

Keep the Atlanta Falcons offense off the field.

On Defense
-Blitz Matt Ryan
-Stop the running game and make them on dimensional (this shouldnt be hard)
- Be physical with their receivers and bump the crap out of them

I dont know if anyone remember the buffalo bills of the 90's. Great offensive team. Its probably the best offensive team Ive ever seen in the 90's. They faced the giants which pounded the ball and kept buffalo's offense off the field. When Buffalo got on the field they were out of sync since they sat on the sidelines. The point is Atlanta cant beat us if they are sitting on the sidelines.

I think we can certainly use this tactic. I know we dont have a pass rush like the giants did but our defense is good enough. Our offense is definitely good enough to keep the falcons off the field.

You mean play them like we did the bears and 49ers (at C'link) We wore that bears D down, lol i remember urlacher getting off the field form cramps, and 49ers we held gore rushed kaepernick and they were about as done ad a turkey on thanksgiving

They way the giants played in superbowl xxv was perfect. The giants holding possession of the ball for the game was 40 minutes and 33 sec. Buffalo offense didnt really get a chance to get on the field much. I don't think we can racking up the points with Atlanta. I suggest give Lynch alot of skittles and make him work

Swag Newton and the Panthers ran the ball all over the Falcons twice using the read option.
The first time they played Panthers scored 28, the second time the panthers scored 30.


They also played the skins and held them to 14 i believe, but that was before the Skins got hot.
