Yup, my favorite part as well. Goes to show not only Witherspoon's IQ, but his growth & leadership, that he's willing to point out a flaw in his coaches scheme. Also shows that Macdonald is just as willing to learn from his players as he is to teach them. There's a certain "partnership" aspect to the relationship between the coaches & players. I got an optimistic feeling that many good things are gonna result from that relationship.

Agree. Not sure thats something Pete would have acknowledged. As much of a people builder as he was, he also had the 'professorial' side (like Holmgren) where hed listen to a challenging opinion, but then just go into 'trust the system' mode.

Kick step... DBs playing only one side of the field... leaving holes in the D for opposing teams to exploit...
