Wow, what a 1st half. Arsenal should've scored at least 1-2 goals in the first 10 minutes. It'd be a totally different game if that ball wasn't just beyond Sterling's reach. And good luck picking which Arsenal goal was better.

GatePacker is back...smell that one coming.

Poor from Liverpool. Great finishes for Arsenal.

To be fair, Mignolet had a good game. His defense were just as much a danger for him as was Arsenal's attack.

All fell apart over ten minutes

Arsenal were world class with their goals today. Hopefully Liverpool see the difference between paying 15 million and 35-40 million for players

Like I said, if Sterling was able to reach that ball from Markovic, it could've been a totally different game. Liverpool started off shocking and were fortunate not to be 2-0 at least after 10 minutes. They got back into the game but overall they were poor defensively. I don't think I saw the ball out of their defensive half for the first 5 minutes.

I just had the misfortune to witness the Spurs equivalent of the Charlie Whitehurst-led, Marshawnless loss to the Browns. Burnley nil. Spurs nil. It's vaguely offensive that either team gains a point. Diabolical.

I thought that Chelsea played today? Was their match yesterday?

Beat Stoke 2-1 yesterday despite conceding a 60 yard goal

It's called having weekly wages 100x more than our opponent, and it comes in both navy, and periwinkle blue.

Fixed it...

("moxie"... dear lord)

I can't imagine Chelsea looking at Henderson unless they are concerned about their home grown status.

As a player... well let's just say I wouldn't be all busted up if he left. Not the worst player, mind you, but Liverpool need some invigoration and quality in that position

City falling apart at the seams. We may catch them for 4th. I'm not giving up on the slender hopes I still have. Credit to United, they looked lost until a few weeks ago, but they've looked strong since. We'll see what happens.

FA Cup or Top4... which would you rather have?

(still lots to play for in the league. I havent given up either... but boy I hate watching them get played off the park like that)

Thought I would add this here for discussion:

This quote has me thinking (in terms of US soccer as well):

"The more players like Hazard dazzle fans with immeasurable but eminently real skills, the easier it is for others to follow in their footsteps. Learning to appreciate what it is about Hazard and Özil that makes them great might even allow England to create a couple such players of their own."
