Lenoir is a jackass. But at least he's gone for the moment.
It's one thing to believe they would've won if fully healthy, but to lose in a landslide and claim that having a couple players back would've made them win in a landslide is just crazy.
So having 2 or 3 players back would've resulted in an 70 point swing? I don't think so

Which is why I much prefer to beat the best team at their peak when they are completely healthy. That's one of the reasons why I hated to see Bo Nix go down, because if we play and beat the Donkeys in the SB, every jackwagon is going to say that it was because they didn't have their starting quarterback.

Having said that, we were so dominant in these past two games against the Niners that it takes one helluva lot of wind out of the sails of guys like Lenoir who can't face up to the fact that they got beat by the better team. My dad used to get supremely pissed at me when I'd complain about an umpire's call or some other factor beyond my control because he felt that I was rationalizing, not facing up to the fact that my performance was inadequate. Suck it up, Buttercup!

Not sure I've ever seen a bigger whining fanbase, players and coaching staff than the Niners. They make the Rams look classy.
Holy F, shut your pie holes and pack your bags for Cancun.

Even my Niners friends told me they not only don't like that dude, but they also said they got thoroughly whipped on.

If the Hawks got smoked by 5 TD's and I heard a bunch of excuses, I would be embarrassed.

They had Kittle last game, and we shut him down.

They had Williams offensively and still couldn't sniff the redzone.

Id give them some credit if they at least sniffed the redzone, but they couldnt even do that. He gave himself a concussion on the headbunt it seems for him to talk that foolishly

They would not have won with most players because of the KR team the first play . You get down by 17 and you are pressing, going for it on 4th down rather than pinning them deep etc. things just snowballed

That must've been what he was telling our players when he was cheap shotting them.

Excuse making. Once during a Little League baseball game, my dad, who was the assistant coach of my team, whipped my ass because I came back to the dugout complaining about a called third strike: "If it's close enough to be called a strike, it's close enough to swing at!" he roared. And that's just one example. Dad would get furious whenever I complained about the weather, field conditions, or any other condition that was beyond my immediate control. Life's not fair. Get used to it.

That's why you don't find me amongst the bellyachers complaining about Super Bowl XL.

It's the clickbait/hot take thing. We're not exactly the brightest collective citizenry. A controversial moron or troll will usually draw more interest than a well reasoned, emotionally even keeled analyst/player/leader of some sort. We're a drama junkie culture.

I think part of the reason why the Seahawks aren't getting more national media attention than they are during this remarkable season is that we're a largely drama free team quietly going about their business of winning, which is what spots is mostly about. The national press usually talks about Darnold when they talk about us at all, and that's because that's where they perceive the drama to be.
