I bet you are...... have fun still having a top 10 pick for your contract.

Could have stayed won a second ring and gotten a job for an actual team....

Buh bye... Peetz? Arthur? Who is it.... cant imagine the philosophy changing that much. Its not like Klint scripted up some amazing plays we havent seen

What say the posters here?

I'm not sore about it. Dude's advancing his career. Like anyone would. Maybe the chance doesn't come around again.
Oh I get that... was kind of on the topic of... who do we move onto... does it really change much etc? Execution is always key... how much is the play calling

Did he say that tonight?

That didn't take long......

Could he have let the cigar smoke clear first?

We go with Peetz if we think he can handle it and bring the most continuity… if we go outside I think it’s a guy like Kafka who was pretty close last time. I also wouldn’t mind looking at Josh McCown who has ties to Darnold from Minnesota.

Keep this offensive system at all costs. This is a championship formula and it’s perfect for Sam.

It's the mentality, adapting, playing to players strength, thinking outside the box and taking risks while being unpredictable. We sometimes said WTF but he was setting up plays for later. Grubb, Schotty, Bevell would not be as flexible, adaptable and were predictable most times.

Not sure if it will work out, not because of Klint, but because of the organization. But can't blame him one bit for taking this opportunity.Heckuva coach. Wish him nothing but the best (except when they face Seattle).

It'll be interesting to watch. I just wonder is he that executive "leader of men" type who will command the locker room...or is he just a really good/great coordinator. The latter almost always fails in the role. He's got some pieces on offense and a rookie QB coming, but a rookie QB can take years to blossom.

I do feel better bout Benton staying with his comment “I’m a Seahawk.” Ya he could change, but he was only with Kubiak one year prior and maybe he like what’s he’s building and hopefully JS got in his ear.

He was a part of a superbowl winning team and delivered along with the rest of the team. I wish him luck and I dont think the raiders job is as bad as people think. They were mediocre when pete took over with hope. Hes working with a bottom tier team with a top pick so he gets to build it the way he wants. I look forward to the battle between Macdonald and Kubiak in the future.

I'm hoping Benton stays. The Oline looks better when he's in the vicinity.

Pete and Geno shit the diaper well before going to the Raiders.
I want a Josh McDaniel character. Genius OC, terrible HC that’s flamed out in multiple places, a guy unlikely to get any calls
