6. The offense recovered in the ensuing red zone 7-on-7 drill. Russell Wilson found DK Metcalf for two touchdowns. The first was a completion right at the goal line. The second was a beautiful throw threaded between two defenders with Metcalf making a nice diving catch. Suffice to say that Metcalf has been on fire to start camp.

His work ethic is showing. There have been other guys as physically gifted (although not many, he's that much of an athletic freak) But he's putting in the work.

Russ has taken him under his wing, and if you're putting in work to the level that RW is, you're in good shape!!!

If the Hawks had taken him in the first round we'd all be laughing at the bad draft grades and criticism....and we'd still be happy about the choice. My mind is blown that he lasted to the end of the 2nd round. WR is such a hard position to transition from college to the NFL and DK was a standout in that respect. I'm really looking forward to seeing his next couple of years and already getting nervous about the kind of contract he'll be asking for.

I just love how many "experts" claimed he was gonna' be a bust and/or a one trick pony. He'll use that stuff as motivation, you can already tell it pisses him off.

So stoked to see him in his second NFL season. Usually takes WR's a full year to develop and DK is going to be a good one. Video well worth the 20 mins.

Russ always make effort with his top WRs, he went to Jimmy Graham's family funerals etc. Russ took DK to Mexico this year and taught DK how to swim, building that relationship and chemistry.

DK will get major attention from opposing DCs this season, he will be game planned against , let see if he could overcome those additional attentions.

I think DK can improve 10% from his rookie productions, but with less drops, fumbles, and better use of his body ... He could enjoy a 20-25% statistical improvement.
