It appears to me that this thread is very narrowly focused and the reason is the OP must have a dislike for Bevell. All OCs' make mistakes and those mistakes take on new meaning when your offense is banged up. Here we are 7-1, I'll repeat that 7-1 the best record in Seahawk history at mid season with a banged up Oline and your dissing Bevell. You should be praising him. 7-1 against some of the best defenses in the league. If you want to cherry pick a play here or there and use that as justification for bashing his play calling overall then you have some serious credibility issues.

I absolutely love this, anyone says anything negative about anything seahawks related and you immedieteky get about ten homers going nuts. As it always happens the ad hominem attacks start flowing. If you have complaints about bevell its because you just don't like a guys. I guess I must have met him and we had an argument lol l. No one here has met bevell why would we dislike the guy on a personal level it makes zero sense but to irrational homers it is the only thing that could make sense since it is an impossibility that the guy actually sucks. How can a coach from the hawks actuallysuck? No it must be an ex wife or an eternal enemy of bevell posting, I'm sure the OP has been bevells enemy since childhood when bevell stole a cupcake from the OP.

Amen Bro. Exactly what many of us have been saying for some time now. Hope he goes in the offseason.

The oline is horrible but Bevell needs to realize that and adapt accordingly. Bevell was much better the second half of last lets hope that's the case this year. I don't disagree that Bevell has been bad but at the same time were just not that talented on offense at the moment.

This article had a big contradiction and false information.

I recall seeing exactly one rollout.

We did a lot more than one rollout. I off the top of my head I can recall 2 pass plays one working and the other not. I can recall 2 running plays one working the other not.

Then the whole hawks run the ball on 3rd, 4th and short and cannot execute but we should be running on 3rd and long.
It also goes on to lambast 3rd and short or 4th and short and calls as to predictable because we don't pass more.

I see this as drumming up stats to write an article instead of looking at stats to write an article.

Lets also not forget that someone was fired for throwing it down field on 3rd and short.

Not sure whether a different string should be started with this question, but you all can decide. I was wondering whether Zorn would be a good OC. I do understand the 'Skins hired him for that and then heaped the Head Coach job on that. I think you gradually put someone in a position as they earn it. He was slammed into the top job. I dont think he was ready. Your thoughts????
