Sam may not have had his "best" game of the post season, but saying it wasn't a "good" game seems short sighted. 202 yards 1td and no turnovers is a good performance in the SB. That was with drops by JSN, Kupp, and Walker.

For reference Tom Brady threw for 145 yards and 1td in his first SB and was the game's MVP.

Not bad for your first SB win Sam! Keep up the good work!

He didn’t make any costly mistake

The Seahawks was never in danger of losing

He is a champion, nobody can take that from him.
But they will try because some people out there are dicks.

Y’all going to kill me for this… and I have zero bad things to say about Sammy D.

Milroe - 2027. You’ll see.
If he is paying attention to the lessons that can be learned by what he is watching happen he will learn exactly what he needs to know to be able to make use of his skillset to become a top flight QB.
Whether it's as a Seahawk, though, remains to be seen, though.

Sam was the difference apart from K9 in this game. Sam made plays that Drake couldn't. They were trying to fool Sam and getting him to fall on his face and the dude just went through too much to fall for any of that crap again. I honestly dont know how they considered Drake a runner up MVP? I dont think hes bad but Matt Stafford is just several classes above Drake in QB play. Sam played way better than Drake.

Sammy was so clutch tonight! The numbers may have not shown it but the way he moved up in the pocket all night with pressure in his face was just brilliant! clutch clutch clutch!

He can make all the throws, and I don't need to repeat the knock/narrative about him this season (i.e., can't "trust" him). But honestly after that flawless playoff run turnover-wise, what NFC QB (aside from Stafford whose on his last legs) do you "trust more"? And now with his SB experience and newfound confidence, he can be even MORE effective next year.

Maye benefit from playing bad teams. NE had a weak schedule. Next year will be the true story on them. But he is 23. Stafford didn’t win shit for years

Their D was very good, but our D was much the best!

After committing 20 TO's on the season Sam didn't have a single one during the playoff run. He did what he needed to do in every game. Against the 9ers and Pats he didn't have to do a lot. Against the Rams he out dueled Stafford which they had to have or they wouldn't have even been in the SB. I'm looking at his whole body of work in the playoffs and he was damn good.

That Pats D was no joke.

I don't think Sam played bad at all. I thought Christian Gonzalez played an incredible game. Sam only missed like two or three throws at most (mostly to JSN ha). The play calling was pretty boring, first down run, control clock. Lot of recovering from bad field position. You don't get 5 field goals because you didn't move the ball at all.

This game field dominated from the first moments. Unlike the Rams game where there was some heavily lifting needing to be done by him, it felt just more like the Patriots were going to go all out on trying to win on TOs and guess what? NO ******* TURNOVERS.
