Exactly. Every time I get excited about a potential candidate, I have to remind myself of the CONTROL FREAK in charge of it all and then my excitement quickly turns to anger.

I think he ends up coaching in New England. His dream job and it just makes a lot of sense. Quite a few connections with that team.

I’ll make a concession and let Waldron be if we can please get a new DC. I’d even take Matt Canada for DC which is pure madness. Anyone but what we currently have. It has not, does not, and will not work.
