Chip Kelly's tongue

Since he was at Oregon, Kelly has had this weird habit of sticking his tongue out of his mouth. I have noticed this tongue action usually occurs after a positive play or when he is talking about a player he really likes. He even enjoys fellating his headset. Would anyone like to propose their own theory about this disgusting habit?
