Some one who has really kept up on his play, please answer this...
Would he start or just be a rotational player for the hawks?

It's hard to say, he only played five games last year. Went on IR early, and had nagging injuries the rest of the season when he did briefly return.

I'd say if Richard was 100% healthy, in shape and mentally prepared to compete for a starting job? I could see him grabbing one of our starting DB spots.

But that speaks more to our DB situation, then Richard's return to dominance. Which IMO is the problem here, he wants to be paid somewhat well AND probably wouldn't be OK with a backup or situational role.

Why would we want a 30 something year old injury ridden CB? Maybe as a player/coach emphasize the word coach..
