With Ford up, maybe we get Cal another rest day per week and let him settle down a bit and maybe he picks up a bit in September. Ford has been bashing in AAA for a while, so maybe he can hit big league pitching. Hope so. Garve is about what you'd expect from a backup catcher, but that's not much.

Yeah for the most part, he just doesn’t seem like the same player since the all star break.

He’s been an all or nothing player, out or home run.

I’m a huge Cal fan, but unless he breaks Mantle’s record for most HR’s by a switch hitter, Judge should win the MVP. Judge’s OPS is nearly 200 points higher. It M’s miss the playoffs then just give the award to Judge.
