Why we need Kearly's report NOW!!!

In all honesty I know we were all on the edge of our seats wondering how, when and if were going to put something together, where there was some thoughts of negativity I think we averted full melt down and bashing mode really well considering. Thought pretty much everyone maintaned a decent perspective.
