Well, many got what they wanted. I was good either way, to be honest. WAY too pass happy, imo. They gave it a shot, it didn't work out. Not a good fit for the type of coordinator he wants to be, imo.

Nothing against Grubb personally, but this was the right decision. Patience is great, but it's equally important for an organization to know when to cut the cord. I hope he does so well at his next stop that he makes us look stupid (but his replacement here is still better).

Wow. That was fast. I'm bummed Grubb didn't work out but it is refreshing to see some decisive decisions being made to help improve the team vs. loyally hanging on too long to bad coordinators to the detriment of the team.

Like I said, Mike was a late hire and the well was dry by then. John and Mike swung for the fences, but Grubb just didn't jive with what MM was trying to run (pardon the pun).

Well that is not surprising at all. I knew they were waiting till the end of the season to can him. Abysmal running game plan and throwing almost every single play. I consider this a successful end to the season.

Totally fine with it if Mcdonald didn't feel it was a fit. I hope they do run more under center plays and less shotgun all the time.

How anyone thought that Sh!+ show he was pedaling was NFL worthy, i dont know.

Geno has balled out considering the crap for offensive coordinator and O line coach he has had to play under. To lead the league in ANY positive stat category, let alone several, including accuracy and on target throws in an offense tha was DOA is remarkable.

Shoot, if i'm Geno, i wait to see who the nest guy is gonna be before i even want to sign in Seattle.

Pete before the superbowl loss was actually pretty ruthless. I dont know why he changed.
