The day he was interviewed by the Wells team? What a weasel. And he had his assistant do it, to. I guess that means the assistant can be called to testify as to what Brady told him to do and why.

Maybe I've been watching too much TV or reading too many mystery books, but isn't it true that all Brady's calls and texts, and even the text content, can be retrieved from the carrier? (Subject to a warrant, of course.)

Patriots fans believe the date the phone was accidentally destroyed was just bad luck and coincidenCe. When do several crazy coincidences become what they appear to be between the text messages. I would assume that the NFL doesn't have the subpoena power to get the phone company to turn over records. The feds will, so it'll be interesting to see if Tommy backs down to avoid that.

The first few pages where he goes over the bullet points are pretty convincing. There's just too much smoke for there not to be a fire. People can make excuses for each individual item, but all put together there just can't be that many coincidences.
