In light of the discussion about Ahman Green in the NFL forum, I thought it would be interesting to discuss our opinions of the best and worst trades in Seahawk history.
Probably won’t any of us be far away from each other but the discussion should be fun.
In the Ahman Green thread it was mentioned that his trade might be the worst ever.
IMO it wasn’t, and the Jamal Adams and Max Unger trades were way worse.
Admittedly at the moment the Green trade seemed bad but in retrospect we didn’t end up bad at all as a result.
Shaun Alexander came along and easily filled any void.
Best.
Steve Largent.
I’d love to hear but doubt I will how he wasn’t the best Seahawk trade ever.
It could easily be argued that it ranks in the top all time trades in the entire history of the NFL.
MY #2 would be Marshawn (BEASTMODE) Lynch
#3
Matty H.
My 2 main criteria are…
How did we end up, what did we give up.
In other words, what was the impact of the trades good/bad.
