If the Seahawks beat the Bears and the Rams lose to the Cardinals (big ifs), it all comes down to @ LA for the division.

Sadly, it's unlikely. Even if I think the Seahawks will probably beat the Bears, it's most likely the Rams will win the division by beating the Cardinals, making the final game moot, short of pride and final record.

Lots to unpack with Mike Mac's first season which we will be doing all offseason but I am siding with the glass half full crowd. Overall, I like the direction of our defense. Shore up the interior OL and that alone will give us 2 extra wins a year at least.

Bears have been on a downward spiral. They've been blown out three straight games.

Hawks will be pissed off as a result of the last game. An angry and motivated D will show up.

Geno will at long last keep his head together. the whole game.

The Hawks will run more than 15 running plays. Seahawks will score on O, D, and on ST.

Hawks 35- Bears 13

Our pass defense is hot and cold. Our pass rush is deceptive. I don't know if you guys noticed...Our offense is so complicated we make loads of errors. I think this stuff flies in college but the pros are different. It gives us a higher draft pick so we can get a guy projected to go much lower. We lose out. There is no more fight. After being preached to over and over Geno take eight sacks rather than pass. John rhymes with gone.

Bears 20
Hawks 17

I have ZERO confidence in Smith. I want this dude off the team. We had SEVERAL chances to seal that game on Sunday and Smith CHOKES as usual by not only throwing 1 pick but 2 picks. Bears won't score shit against our D. Our offense is garbage and unbalanced that's why we're 8-7

Bears - 6
Hawks - 9

I'm predicting a Seahawks blowout and best game of the year because why not?

Hawks win a frustrating game. 23-16. If they lose it’s because Geno and Grubb pass more than 30 times.

Part of me thinks they want to see if Geno is worth another extension, and want to see how others fit too.

Well, geNO has a huge opportunity in front of him to finish strong. We need geYES, not gePICK or geCHOKE.

Will the real Geno please stand up?

The Bears have figured things out schematically on offense since they jettisoned Shane Waldron (lol), but their OL is still suspect. Expect some fireworks from our DL.

Geno only throws 1 interception because Metcalf is benched in the 1st quarter for running lazy routes. Soulfish comes up with some kinda comment to stand up for his abused receiver. :giggle: (just kidding, always so serious)

Are you banking on Myers missing an extra point? Oh...I get it. We fail on a two point conversion. My bad. Or we scored 3 TDs and got em for a safety. Not sure I like the odds for scoring 23.

Doesn't take anything odd or unusual to get to 23. 2 TD's (with extra points) + 3 FG's = 23 points.

So much doom and gloom. Just crack open a beer and enjoy the game!

My prediction: beverages and snacks will be consumed. At halftime, I will eat leftovers from Christmas: ham and lasagna.
