The Seahawks are trending in the right direction. The defense is gelling and looking quite imposing. The offensive line had their best performance of the year last Sunday. Charb had a breakout game when given the opportunity due to Walker being out. The stars seem to be aligning at the right time.

That’s good because they will be tested the next couple of weeks with the Packers and Vikings.

4 weeks ago it’s an easy pick. Packers. But right now there’s a legitimate feel about the team and Lumen should be rockin’. The boys are in playoff mode and it’s showing.

My head tells me it’s a loss but here’s to hoping Geno and the offense continue to not turn the ball over and the defense does what it’s been doing.

This is one of those games where the talking heads don't give the Hawks a chance, Vegas says the Hawks are a 3 point home underdog. GB apparently favoured in our house? We'll see. The 12's will be LOUD.

Continuing my refusal to pick against my team I say the Hawks D will get some national attention after this game. They will show themselves to be a tough out and will be dominant. The DLine puts the thump on Love and the team stuffs Jacobs, our corners rise to the occasion with Woolen stacking another good solid physical performance on last week's showing. The Hawks will continue to have some success running the ball. GB is a good team but Sunday night primetime in our house will prove to be too much for them. Geno has an another steady mistake free game and the Hawks win a close game.

Seahawks 24 GB 20.

IF we can get pressure on Love - 24-17 Hawks.

IF Love has clean pockets - 24-17 Pack.

QB pressure is king against the Love.

Our defense right now is what I envisioned from the get go. It took 9 weeks and some player shuffling to get it going, and now it's going. GB has beaten up a lot of injured teams to get where there at. Everyone is talking about the Hawks will be tested, so will the Packers. They haven't faced anything close to our D at all and now that our offense is starting to roll GB also has its hands full. They are not just gonna come up in here and rock us, it's not gonna happen. I've already stated this, we WILL NOT lose in prime time again. We are about the shock the world the next 2 weeks. I predicted 5-0 these last 5 games and I'm sticking with it.

Hawks - 30
Packers - 14

The defense has been so good, so tenacious, that I feel hopeful each game of late.

I think the Hawks have to start fast again to win this one.

The Packers are beatable. Good record, decent team but I like our chances in the bright lights on Sunday night at home with a fired up playoff atmosphere crowd, and a defense that is trending towards one of the best in the league, and an Abe Lucas-led OL which has helped give new life to the running game, and so forth and so on.

Hope our run game last week is not just a mirage. If we can block / run and Geno keeps the mistakes to a minimum, then I like our chances against anybody. Another big test against the run, Jacobs has 7 td's in his last three games.

I'd like to see the Hawks get that home field advantage back. Nobody used to want to come play here. It was like watching those boxers stepping in the ring against Iron Mike in his prime, they looked half defeated before the fight even started.

I just have this feeling the GB is gonna get rocked. I'm talking blowout rocked like 33-10 Hawks rocked. IDK, maybe I'm getting a little too hyped up. I'm just not impressed by this GB team as much as the national media is painting them to be.

This defense can keep us in every game. Josh Jacobs is the next RB to be shut down. Make Jordan Love beat us? We shall see.
