An interesting read on the chiefs and penalties.

It seems to confirm what a lot of people have been talking about, especially in the playoffs.

Good read cuZ i'm seeing a lot of dumbass people trying to use the chiefs total penalties and yards as proof they don't get preferential treatment.

Well, everyone has an opinion on the officiating discrepancies over the years in post season games. I am neither an Eagles nor Chiefs fan although I liked KC in the 90's and do appreciate PM's talent.
That said, my game plan for the Eagles would be heavy & exotic blitz packages designed to put Mahomes on the ground as often as possible. Now I am not saying blatant cheap shots in the pocket or when he runs or slides.
Since you are going to get flagged for anything more than the most incidental contact it's time to turn the heat up.
Bring the pressure and if you are close to a sack follow through on the contact, no more tippy toeing around the China doll. You are going to get a 15 yarder anyway and the Chiefs 1st down machine is practically unstoppable with the striped shirts.
So, in the 1st half make it your mission to put PM on the ground with the kid gloves off. Amp up to run the ball with Barkley and Hurtts and see how things look at halftime.
Basically keep Mahomes on the bench with your run-game and stomp on his princess crown & magic wand and throw them at the refs.
It's time to go off script.

I wanted to jump on the kc gets all the calls things. But in this game, nope. Refs were pretty solid. And they were letting BOTH teams play.
It's not about how many flags there are for both teams. It's literally all about those last few minutes that decide the game. It was DISGUSTINGLY obvious during those last few minutes that the refs put their thumbs on the scale to help KC win. They didn't exactly "let the Bills play" when it MATTERED in the end. THAT's what we're all trying to show the ref defenders.

I agree that KC gets the benefit of doubt every time in refs mind, but had Kincaid caught that beautiful pass....
PS. shoulda run that half back instead of that dumb ass push.

Yep. They did basically the same play over and over again. KC run defense is VERY good. Coaching matters a LOT. And Buffalo flat got outcoached, yet again. This isn't Reid's first rodeo. And Spags as the D coordinator? Beast.
I'm sick of KC, but greatness is greatness. The excuses for them winning are getting pretty lame. Previous games, def. some really iffy calls. This game? Nah. KC made the plays, Buffalo didn't when it mattered.

Refs are not the ones who told Buffalo to keep their #1 back no the bench in the most important drive of the year. Or had the only person in the backfield on 4th down being a receiver who motioned out....leaving an empty backfield vs a DC known to be aggressive and blitz in big moments.
