Cowherd has some good insights at times but IMO, he holds up his finger to the wind to see which way the winds are blowing then, "Pontificates" and gives his take which seems to be what everyone else is doing in YouTube like and subscribe land.

At least Cowherd had the smarts to pick the Hawks over the Chargers.
I gotta agree, that was a brilliant play the Vikings made to beat the Saints on that Minnesota Miracle thingie! Amazing throw by Case Cousins! Great catch and run by Rashaad Biggs!

Now if only Russell Wilson shows up big for the Hawks, they should beat the Chargers and Philip Rivers on Sunday! PK Goldencalf will be the difference in this game, mark my words!

Hey, it's a hard job keeping up with all the coaching and player changes in the NFL. Kudos to Colon Cowhard for keeping the bulls excited! Wait... Cowhard.. do cows get hard? And here I thought it was bulls... I sit corrected. ;)

Not sure anyone could ever top that Don Criqui character for mangled names and wacko commentary delivered in a serious voice.

People were complaining about Dick Stockton and saying he should retire or be put "out to pasture" in the aughts. He lasted well over a decade longer, only retiring in early 2021.

I remember him butchering the names of Seahawks players late in the 2010 decade. His difficulties pronouncing "C.J. Prosise" are only matched by Prosise's difficulty staying on the damn field. In every game, Stockton would get several (or more) player names wrong, plus do things like saying the game was tied when the scoreboard showed it wasn't, make comments about plays that no sighted and lucid person ought to make after having actually seen them, and have way-too-frequent "senior moments" on national TV.

Here are a few Stockton memories (they're all clickable links to video of Stockton doing Stockton stuff or articles about Stockton's Stocktonisms):

Nuggets country, let's mine!
So Denver fans have endured decades of abuse, and Russell Wilson's "Broncos country, let's ride" is just the latest episode!

I agree with Cowherd about 50/50 but this past week he was talking about Kyler Murray and said 25 NFL teams would be better if they had him, which i disagree with, I would say 5-10

He went all in on Russ in the off season and the Pete is old/defensive coach narrative. From what i've heard he shares business interests with Wilson. I generally agree with his takes but this one isn't looking great. He'll try blame Hackett first.
