Hell of a battle. All I hear is how UW can't compete in the Big 10. They played Ohio State tough and are tied at the big house today, mid 3rd quarter.

Yeah too many mistakes for the young QB though. Both games are learning opportunities for next year.

Back on the Mariners front though, Walter on the mound tomorrow has me feeling relaxed, optimistic, but not overly confident. Lineup better stay the same as game 5, would swap out Canzone though as his right field play was atrocious. Gave up a double on a bad angle and poor speed, then that throw home that was so far off even I could do better. Can’t have that in the playoffs.

It was very real! I am a Springer hater because of the Cheatstros, but it was cringe worthy. The telecast has a way to drowned out boo’s. The boo’s are very very loud each time Springer comes up to bat, which I am all for, but not cool to boo anybody for an injury. That being said, Springer can suck it!

No it was the way he stared down Bryce after the first pitch homer in game one for me. Like the series was already over. Cal should wipe his ass on that leather jacket in the Jays dugout after a giant 2 log dump

Also, the narrative from Jays manager John Schneider is that 40k fans were cheering Springer getting injured, not that they were booing. I'm just saying that it seems like there are conflicting narratives being pushed, and to me it seems like all of them are being exaggerated and/or blown out of proportion.

Personally, I didn't notice any cheering when Springer got hit, but I wasn't there. I was watching it on TV. Even if there was some cheering, there's no way it could have been 40k fans. That would have been impossible to miss.

Lastly, while Toronto fans are clutching their pearls acting all shocked all horrified, it should be noted that when Kevin Durant ruptured his Achilles during game 5 in Toronto in the NBA finals, those fans initially cheered his injury while he was laying on the court in pain clearly injured. They might want to take their fake outrage down a notch considering they did the exact same thing.

Don’t get me wrong, I do not like George Springer at all.
It wasn’t 40,000 fans cheering the injury either. It was loud booing when Springer finally got up off the ground. I don’t blame anybody as emotions were high and Springer is a d___. I am just saying it was cringe worthy at the time.
