Yes this is probably the most fairly moderated board I’ve been on.You know, I've noticed from what I've seen in my short time here, the Mods here are pretty forgiving (other boards would've infracted you for getting into it with a Mod; speaking from experience, btw) so maybe....perhaps...you can let M's fans have their moment here and not press your luck?
It's been a long-ass time so they have the right to be overjoyed, you know?
Will just make winning the AL pennant even more delicious.Heard it loud and clear my Braddah. This crew was def pro BJ’s
I laughed out loud at that line. It was a sadly accurate description of what happened.Announcer literally says: "You hit a guy...who can't hit"
You know what? PISS OFF MAN. What the hell???? You are announcing a game on national TV, and that's what you say??? Wow. Just man up and say you wanted Toronto.
Peeing in the wind is easy to do….You'd have better luck peeing in the wind, bro.
Your supposed ask this BEFORE he pulls him…Dan Wilson is single handedly ruining the Mariners chances to make the World Series. Why in the world would you pull Miller????
3...2....1......
That all may be true. I'm not a baseball guy but a truth that hurts some critics is that, for all their faults, the Mariners are still there and still working toward that one win that will propel them into the WS.Randy Arozarena is hitting .150 in the postseason. The announcers are correct. Currently he's a guy who can't hit. But then so are most of the other M's too - Canzone, Robles, Rivas, and Crawford.
Toronto's bottom of the order has been hitting and doing their jobs. The Mariners hitters 6-9 haven't just been bad...they have been absymal. The truth hurts sometimes.
That accidentally changed the gameEven though that was obviously unintentional, I wonder if Schneider is the type of manager that's going to want retribution for hitting one of his best players?
Do whatever it takesGilbert and Kirby + Woo out of the BP to win one game.
In September, the bottom of the Mariners lineup was solid--JP hit .295 with 3 HRs and 12 RBIs and Canzone hit .365 with 4 HRs and 12 RBIs. If they could get halfway back to that, it would be good.Randy Arozarena is hitting .150 in the postseason. The announcers are correct. Currently he's a guy who can't hit. Just because I don't think he's a good manager, it won't stop me from giving him credit when it's due. Game 5 vs Detroit, Game 1 and 2 vs Toronto, he was damn good.Your supposed ask this BEFORE he pulls him…
He also said the BJ’s pitchers own the M’s hitters.Didn’t hear that but yeah. Randy knows
Add the fact that the dodgers biggest contract has deferred payments for ten years.I just want the AL pennant. Then just see what happens. If we get there, we'll play a team with over twice the payroll of ours. Baseball has no real salary CAP to speak of like the other major team sports in America. Kind of screwed up in that way. Unless you're Japanese or a true Dodger fan, I can't understand how anyone could root for or want to see the Dodgers prevail over the M's. It's like rooting for Goliath over David.
