It's not too early to write this season off. No defense that plays like ours is going to have a winning record by year's end. It's already over.

I didn't get to watch the game, can someone explain why the Seahawks didn't on side kick with a minute plus left in the game?
The stats say they got walked over all game, its not like they really expected to get a 3 and out.

It's a HC choice. Onside kicks have a very low success rate and if you fail you're giving up about 25 yards. That said I would have tried the onside kick because 1 1st down ends it.

No, seriously, and I don’t mean that in a woe is me negative way.

It’s a rookie HC with a first time NFL O-Coordinator with a whole new staff, patched together OLine, trying to find players in one draft and one offseason that fit their new scheme and taking over from a prior HC had been here for 14 years.

It’ll take time, there will be growing pains and those who are Madden head coaches among us are upset that we’re not 6-0 with the number 1 defense and offense for some reason.
