Very true, Charbs and Horton are likely further PUP candidates and possibly Cabledue, though his late IR designation last seasonmay have been a roster management decision.

Am curious about Emmanwori’s injury as nothing has been reported. Anyone know what it might be? Horton by now should be getting close to being able to practice.

Very early days and some of the injuries are likely being managed with caution as the new season commences for the players.

Thanks kidhawk, as ever always appreciated!!!

Had thought Harrison Bryant might have a shot to stick around for a hard look see. The team seems still be be looking for something at CB.

Harrison Bryant is a TE, correct? I think they are already set there with Barner, Arroyo, Saubert, and Kallerup. I think they did Bryant a favor by letting him go now so he can latch on to another team before TC's begin.

No doubt my friend on both scores. Bryant is however a player who was at least thought to have some significant potential. JS likes to roll over any rock he can to try to find incremental improvements.

EDIT
: Bryant it turns out was Waived Injured instead of released. This may be a distinction without a practical difference but perhaps explains the roster move. This may in fact not be factually right as other usually reliable sources say he was released. Perhaps this info is more for us hard core roster move geeks than anything

Please see:

Not really surprised about this signing as there just aren't that many TEs still worth signing out there and Vannett was one of the few. Wonder if Broden was waived injured?

Maybe just a numbers game. Their last two moves were to release a TE to sign a CB and release a CB to sign a TE. Seems to be balanced out
