Was just listening to Brock and Danny discussing Pete's decision to start practices at 1000 am as a way of getting our guys used to that time of day for all the East Coast trips.

When I played football in highschool if we had a night game the coach would make us practice at 7 pm . So the body would get use to being ready at that time come gameday

I suppose they view it as being 'soft' but when your career and wins/losses are all based mostly on your physical ability, then your body clock is pretty important, i dont see that as being soft.
