Uh, yeah, this makes total sense! After winning 10 straight and damn near shutting the Pats out in SB LX, anyone who thinks Seahawks have a legitimate chance of winning the division again in 2026 must be a complete moron! /end jest

Even though the Seahawks are returning 20/22 starters, the 2026 49ers will have 9/22 players returning off injury or new free agents. You also have a completely different offensive coordinator with zero experience calling plays. The key cog in your 10 game win streak, Walker, who was instrumental with Charbs out, is gone

The 2026 49ers will not be the same team the seahawks faced in week 18 or the 6 day rest 49ers of the playoffs

The Rams have also made massive upgrades at corner and have the best QB in the division

If I was to bet the Seahawks repeating NFC west vs the field, I'm taking the field

And if you were to bet on the Seahawks or the 49ers representing the NFC west?

Personnel won't be the difference in Seahawks/Rams games. Some scheme, some play calling, some individual effort but I'd say it'll come down to coaching. Riq could've lost a game on "coaching" and Charbs basically won a game on "coaching". ...my opinion...I'm not trying to start a debate about what falls under "coaching". I'm just saying that comparing rosters won't show the intangibles that will ultimately end up making the difference.

Completely new offensive coach in Seattle. The Rams coaches are basically intact. 49ers new D coordinator

If you think the 49ers are a non contender you are mistaken
You just said 25% for the Niners. 🤷‍♂️

I mean if they stay healthy, they can be right there but that's a big IF.

I don't see them hanging with the Rams and the Hawks this season unless they destroy that substation.

To add to what you said about Charbs, he missed 2.5 games. What was the score in the Niner game when he got hurt? The closest it could have been was 17-6. To say Walker taking over for him was a key cog in the 10 win streak is ridiculous. When funnier when you think Charbs scored in the last regular season game and got hurt against his team! You'd think he'd remember that

Not even bothering to type out "Cardinals 0%" just seems mean.
They're so much of an afterthought, no one even remembers AZ has a f#%@ing team, lol. They're in the $#!+ tier of NFL organizations. Just pathetic.

Can’t wait

Appreciate the insight. I think the hawks defense is still underrated. You guys don’t know what you’re gonna run into. I admit the 49ers are really tough and Stafford is the best qb, but their new cbs aren’t gonna change how open JSN will be and we already got the code to beating mcvay, cover the RB. I think a healthy 49ers is just as much of a threat as the rams, I expect to sweep both of ya’ll, but we might be the only team that beats you. Either way it’s gonna be a brawl and a blast

When you have a good enough Defense, it only takes a safety to win the game.

Our defense will pick up any slack the new O coordinator leaves out there. (If we assume he’s going to leave any)

You’ve been a good poster over the years, don’t lose sight of who’s house you’re in.
