Just so my dot netter brethren will know, I’d like a rookie QB. If it’s this year then it’s this year, if it’s next year, then so be it.

If it’s Darnold this season and next season, and a rookie QB in 2027, I am also content with that.

But, I will believe it when Darnold signs with Seattle….

No, it seemed to start as idle speculation from Mike Florio but now multiple reporters have all been saying that we're focused on getting Darnold, some going as far to say that there is essentially a non-agreement-agreement (since we're still outside of the legal tampering window) and that this could be announced as soon as Monday morning.

Idk..maybe it happens, but 30 mill for Donald.. yikes! We could use help in other areas. Maybe a cheaper QB and fill in some gaps? ..just thinking out loud here..

Would you knock it off with this JS doesn't have a plan nonsense? They got Jones signed and for a reasonable deal, same with Jarran Reed. They moved off of your favorite QB but that doesn't mean they didn't have a plan if that happened either.
